FAQs

  • Too often melanated women, specifically Black woman have been tasked with the burden of keep life in order. Not just our lives, but rather the lives of the collective society. We often fix problems we didn’t create while holding space for people who squeeze us out. So now, it is time to retire the martyr, the fixer, the strong one and all the other labels that keep us from centering ourselves.

  • Retiring Superwoman is a wellness campaign that centers melanated women and femmes

  • Starting February 29th we are taking a day we we dont normally see to do something we don’t normally do—> Nurture Black Women. On this day we launch a 5-week love campaign centering Black women and the need to calm our nervous systems using our 5 senses.
